Your first consultation
The first consultation at Neuromuscular Workout is a package deal for those who have specific injuries, complex injuries or physical barriers that are difficult to overcome on their own. We specialise in injuries that indirectly or directly involve the nervous system, which can range from stress to tension or trauma.

Your first consultation includes:
An initial conversation over the phone lasting approx. 15 minutes.
A private session lasting 90 minutes at Århusgade 88, 4th floor, 4th door in the hallway, 2100 Copenhagen Ø *.
The content of the private session is:
A review of your current physical condition, including an analysis of your physical history, where we leave no stone unturned.
Testing of your relevant biomechanical conditions, including videos of you in motion.
Setting goals and drawing up a plan for your physical life and training.
Individualised exercises with guidance on correct form and repetitions.
A personalised programme for self-training with suggestions on how you can develop the exercises over time on your own, which we can also adjust during subsequent telephone conversations.
Small equipment for use in self-training, which you can take home with you the same day.
Two follow-up phone calls of approx. 15 minutes
Remember to bring a charged mobile phone to film the simple physical tests, but also to film the exercises for your self-training programme.
If you are unable to come to Copenhagen, we can arrange a video link appointment, or we can discuss the possibility of us coming to you.
If you subsequently need to come in for follow-up sessions, you can purchase 5, 10 or 20 full hours at a discount. The hours can be used as quarter, half or full sessions, depending on your needs.
